The Director integrates district engagement, shared services, data infrastructure, and operational planning to ensure consistent execution across the Section, while respecting local market dynamics. This position plays a central role in connecting long-term strategy to annual operating plans, translating goals into actionable priorities, and ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability across districts, TSRs, and Section teams.

Design, Website & Creative Internship | USTA NorCal

USTA NorCal is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Design, Website & Creative Intern to support graphics, apparel design, merchandise branding, print materials, and website creative projects. This role is ideal for a student or early-career creative interested in design, sports culture, visual storytelling, and community-centered branding. The intern will gain hands-on experience developing creative materials for USTA NorCal programs, events, merchandise, educational initiatives, and outreach campaigns.

Social Media & Events Marketing Internship | USTA NorCal

USTA NorCal is seeking an energetic, organized Social Media & Events Marketing Intern to support social media growth, event promotion, content capture, and community outreach. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in sports marketing, storytelling, events, and community engagement. The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting on-site events, capturing photo and video content, assisting with social media planning, tracking engagement, and connecting with community partners and event organizers.

Tennis Teaching Professional | USTA Hawaii Pacific

The Tennis Instructor will assist the Director of Community Tennis by providing on-court instruction and support to the Play and Learn Tennis Programs throughout the region.

Tennis Teaching Professional | USTA Midwest

As a Tennis Teaching Professional, this role involves delivering high-quality tennis instruction and programming to a diverse clientele, including juniors and adults of all skill levels, in a dynamic and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tennis, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to fostering a positive and challenging learning experience for all participants.

Marketing Director | USTA SoCal

The Director of Marketing oversees all marketing and partnership functions for USTA Southern California, including brand strategy development, priority setting, and the planning and execution of initiatives that drive tennis participation, player engagement, and organizational growth.

Local League Coordinator – Phoenix | USTA Southwest

The Phoenix Local League Coordinator will assist the USTA Southwest (“SWS”) in its mission to promote and develop the growth of tennis. This position is responsible for strategically driving, implementing, and analyzing community-based tennis programs identified in the SWS Strategic Plan, focusing on data-driven growth and player retention within the Phoenix Region.
