Club Operations Manager | Indianapolis, Indiana – USTA Midwest

As the Club Operations Manager at the Midwest Tennis Center, you will be responsible for making sure members have a top-notch experience and overseeing the daily operations of the Midwest Tennis Center while fostering strong relationships with current and prospective members to maintain a welcoming and professional environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with proven team management experience and the ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

Front Desk Associate (Part-time) | Indianapolis, Indiana – USTA Midwest

As a Front Desk Associate at the Midwest Tennis Center, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll provide excellent customer service, manage bookings, process payments, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and passionate about tennis and hospitality.

Manager, Adult Leagues | Valley Forge, PA – USTA Middle States

The Adult League Manager oversees a regional team of Area League Coordinators (ALCs), representing USTA Middle States at the local and national levels. This role combines team management, strategic planning, programming knowledge, and project/event execution to ensure organized, high-quality, and enjoyable competitive experiences across all six USTA MS districts. This position requires running and supporting championships on various weekends throughout the year.

Player Development Coordinator | Alameda, CA – USTA Northern California

The Player Development Coordinator organizes and coordinates junior tennis camps, events, and educational programs across Northern California. This role coordinates and facilitates event logistics, communicates with junior players and parents. Collaborate with tennis partners to provide opportunities and resources for Team NorCal athletes.

Part-time Pickleball Attendant | Leesburg, VA – USTA Mid-Atlantic

USTA Mid-Atlantic is seeking a part-time Pickleball Attendant who will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment for our customers and guests at Village Pickle in Leesburg, VA. This position reports directly to the Front Desk Manager. The primary role of this position is to provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operation of our front desk and ensure our customers’ experience is one where they will want to come back again and again.

Tennis Coach/Teaching Professional (Full-Time, Part-Time) | USTA Hawaii Pacific

Provide tennis instruction for the Play & Learn program. Mobile teaching professional at more than one park site. Conduct tennis lessons based on the schedule provided by the Community Tennis Director.

Assistant Tennis Professional – Cooper Tennis Center | USTA Missouri Valley

Manage and support the Parks Department’s Community Tennis programs.

Tennis in the Parks | USTA New England

Our ideal coach is someone who is passionate about helping kids and/or adults get more active, have fun and learn how to play tennis. This includes coaches of other sports, parents, college students, current tennis coaches and more. No coaching experience is required and we provide training. All coaches are required to become SafeSport approved. This is a part-time, seasonal paid position.

Director of Finance | USTA Texas

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting and functions, including budgeting, accounting, banking, investments, and audits. This role serves as the financial steward of the organization, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial operations for both the USTA Texas Section and the USTA Texas Tennis Foundation.
