Senior Manager, Operations & Strategy | USTA Northern California

This role serves as a business partner to the Executive Director and senior leadership to problem-solve, develop, and execute long-term operational strategies that drive company innovation, efficiency, compliance, and organizational performance. The Senior Manager will manage and oversee USTA NorCal business Operations, including Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Office Services, and basic Human Resources.

Manager, Coach Development | Westborough, MA – USTA New England

This role plays a key implementation and relationship-building role in advancing USTA New England’s coaching education and recruitment strategy. This position brings the USTA Coaching framework to life across the Section by coordinating workshops, recruiting and retaining grassroots coaches, and fostering a connected, diverse community of teaching professionals. This role is both hands-on and outward-facing, requiring a balance of project coordination, event management, and relationship cultivation.

Head Tennis Teaching Professional (Full-Time) | Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch – USTA Hawaii Pacific

The Head Tennis Professional oversees all Tennis programs, activities, tournaments, and events to engage with the Maui community and provide service to the tennis community at large.

Tennis in the Parks | USTA New England

Our ideal coach is someone who is passionate about helping kids and/or adults get more active, have fun and learn how to play tennis. This includes coaches of other sports, parents, college students, current tennis coaches and more. No coaching experience is required and we provide training. All coaches are required to become SafeSport approved. This is a part-time, seasonal paid position.

League Assistant | USTA Mid-Atlantic

The League Assistant is a full-time position that works as part of a team to support the USTA Mid-Atlantic League program and Sr. Manager. This role serves as a collaborative partner and consummate team player within the League Team, driving project success through proactive calendar management and the strategic optimization of Sr. Manager workflows as well as teamwide priorities.

Area League Manager | USTA Mid-Atlantic

The Area League Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and growing League programs within assigned areas of the Mid-Atlantic region. The position oversees league operations, onsite championship events, outreach and education efforts, and uses data and feedback to improve participation, retention, and overall program impact in alignment with USTA Mid-Atlantic’s mission.
