Discover meaningful ways to support and grow the sport of tennis while giving back to your community. Whether supporting local organizations and facilities or assisting at tournaments, our dedicated volunteers have been at the heart of our organization since 1881.
Be the one to introduce tennis to others, whether on the court, in the boardroom, or beyond. As a USTA volunteer, you’ll share the game, inspire players of all levels, and lead initiatives that drive the sport’s growth. Along the way, you’ll connect with the tennis community and fellow volunteers in ways you never expected. Discover opportunities to serve our sport and make your mark on the game you love. There are numerous ways to volunteer with the USTA that fit your interests, skills, and availability. Want to make an impact? Here’s how:
Support a USTA Section.
Make a concentrated impact in one of our 17 geographical regions (also known as Sections) by assisting with tournament operations, being an ambassador for tennis, or serving on a volunteer committee or board.
Assist with grassroots efforts.
Help grow tennis in your community by supporting local programs, community tennis associations, and facilities. You could coach beginners, officiate matches, or participate in events and special projects.
Apply to join a National Committee.
Shape the future of tennis by championing our strategic priority to grow tennis to 35 million people by 2035. Joining a national committee or board means contributing your insights to drive the growth of tennis across the country.
Share your contact info and areas of interest, and we’ll reach out with volunteer opportunities that match.
